Quality and Environmental Policy

BIOINICIA FLUIDNATEK SLU (hereinafter “FLUIDNATEK”) is a company dedicated to the design, manufacturing management, development, and commercialization of electrohydrodynamic technology equipment (electrospinning and electrospraying).

FLUIDNATEK’s Management establishes this Quality and Environmental Policy as the framework for setting the objectives of the Integrated Management System and commits to:

  • Increasing customer satisfaction by fulfilling their requirements, needs, and expectations.
  • Complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as with other requirements subscribed to by the organization.
  • Ensuring the quality, safety, reliability, and reproducibility of the equipment manufactured and commercialized.
  • Protecting the environment, including the prevention of pollution, the sustainable use of resources, and climate change mitigation and adaptation.
  • Continuously improving the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System.
  • Providing the necessary resources for the proper operation and improvement of the system.
  • Improving communication and relationships with suppliers and strategic partners.
  • Reducing non-conformities, incidents, complaints, and associated costs.

Management promotes a culture based on:

To achieve these commitments, FLUIDNATEK focuses on:

  • Improving internal coordination and communication between departments.
  • Systematically analysing customer requirements and complaints.
  • Promoting staff training and competence development.
  • Ensuring control and continuous improvement of design and manufacturing processes.
  • Evaluating risks and opportunities that may affect quality and environmental performance.

Management will periodically review this Policy to ensure its continued suitability with the purpose and context of the organization.

The heads of the different departments acknowledge the authority of the Quality and Environmental Manager, by express delegation of Management, and commit to disseminating, applying, and maintaining the guidelines established in this Policy.
